Bullard Fixed Ram VTL This machine tool had a controller that worked for about 1 month after it was purchased by the customer and then failed. We installed a GE Fanuc 0i-TC system with a 75 hp Allen Bradley 1397 DC Drive. This machine had not run in about 2 years when we got to it.

Same Bullard as above This perspective shows the Separate Encoder on the X axis. We modified the existing resolver units to accept mounting the encoders on the X & Z axes.

Interface panel for above Bullard This is a picture of the interface and servo panel and the modified magnetics panel. We gained floor space by getting rid of the old GE 1050 cabinet and took out about 50 pounds of wire.

Table drive panel for above Bullard This is a picture of the cabinet that contains the new Allen Bradley DC drive for the table drive and the disconnect.
